The data controller also processes personal data through HOLIDAYBLUE.RO. The data controller collects personal data on the basis of their voluntary provision by the data subject, and the types of data collected depend on the nature of the way in which the site visitor wishes to interact with the site. Thus, for the completion of the forms for requesting an offer and of the contact form, the surname and first name, the e-mail address and the telephone number (optional) are collected. The data provided voluntarily by the person interested in the services of SC FAIR IMPEX 3 SRL are used for contacting them by e-mail or, as the case may be, by telephone, regarding the requested offer in which the data subject has expressed interest. Processing of data by the Data Controller (purposes and legal bases)
The company processes the personal data provided through HOLIDAYBLUE.ro for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
– on the basis of the consent of the site user, for contacting them, in order to offer information on the company’s activities or the services offered, at their voluntary request (for example, by completing the contact form or the form for requesting an offer);
– on the basis of the express consent of the site user for marketing purposes, for sending newsletters, in exclusively electronic format;
– in legitimate interest, the personal data collected involuntarily, in order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers and to improve the services we offer.
By completing the forms available on the HOLIDAYBLUE.ro site or by entering the e-mail address for marketing communications or by giving consent for marketing purposes on any material made available by the company, each user or, as the case may be, customer has expressed their consent for SC FAIR IMPEX 3 SRL to process their personal data, in accordance with the purposes declared in this Privacy Policy, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation no. 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and with the national provisions in force;

In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, the data subject shall address SC FAIR IMPEX 3 SRL, through the operator which manages the respective location, by means of a request made in writing and sent to the corresponding registered office/place of business, or by means of an e-mail sent to the address displayed.
The transmission of marketing communications by SC FAIR IMPEX 3 SRL is carried out through a platform, organised in accordance with the legal provisions in force on data protection, including Regulation 679/2016, offering the possibility of unsubscribing at any time from the newsletters sent.
The personal data collected through the site and processed by the company are retained until the person unsubscribes from the Newsletter.

Amendment of the Privacy Policy
If a change to these privacy rules is necessary, the company will publish the respective changes in order to ensure correct and complete information regarding the data collected and the way in which they are used.

Updates to this policy
The Personal Data Protection Policy will be reviewed periodically and, where appropriate, will be updated.

The delivery of the stays purchased on HOLIDAYBLUE.ro will take place at the time for which they were requested, after payment has been made. HOLIDAYBLUE.ro customers will receive the confirmation e-mail with all the details of the payment after it has been made, the dates chosen for the stay, the cancellation policy (non-refundable or flexible).
